These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and AI FunnelBuilder ("we", "us", "our", or the "Tool"). AI FunnelBuilder is an advanced sales funnel & landing page generation software distributed exclusively through the WarriorPlus platform. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use the Tool.
Upon successful completion of payment via WarriorPlus (or any authorized reseller linked to WarriorPlus), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use AI FunnelBuilder for your own business purposes or for client projects, strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license tier you have purchased (e.g., Standard, Professional, or Unlimited). The license is personal to you and may not be shared, sublicensed, or assigned without our prior written consent. Each license purchased covers a single WarriorPlus account unless otherwise specified in the sales materials.

Thank you for purchasing AI FunnelBuilder (WarriorPlus Official Edition). To maintain product integrity and service quality, our refund policy is as follows:
7-Day Unused Refund Window: If you purchase AI FunnelBuilder and have not used any of its core features (no AI generation, no URL analysis, no code export, no funnel saved, no login activity that generates content), you may request a full refund within 7 days from the original purchase date. To request such a refund, you must provide evidence that the tool remains completely unused (e.g., no generated content, no saved funnels). Refund requests of this type will be reviewed manually and processed via WarriorPlus.
Technical Defect Exception: If you encounter a verifiable, severe technical defect that makes the core functionality (funnel generation, saving, exporting) entirely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days after you report the issue), you may request a case-by-case refund. We will make reasonable efforts to fix bugs, and if we cannot restore normal operation, a prorated or full refund may be granted at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
All refund requests must be initiated through WarriorPlus or by contacting our support team at [email protected] within the allowed period. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., purchasing, using the tool extensively, then requesting refund) may result in permanent license revocation and being blacklisted from future purchases.
Our IP: The AI FunnelBuilder software (including its source code, algorithms, database structure, design templates, UI components, and underlying AI models) is and shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Your Ownership of Generated Content: You retain full ownership of all text, images, copy, customer data, and creative assets you input or generate using the Tool ("User Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the landing pages or sales funnels you create. However, by using the Tool, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., storing your funnels in our cloud, rendering them for editing). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
Support: We provide email-based technical support for all active license holders. Support covers installation guidance, bug reports, and basic "how-to" questions regarding AI FunnelBuilder. Our goal is to respond within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Priority support may be offered to certain license tiers as specified on the sales page.
Updates: You are entitled to receive all major and minor software updates, including new templates, performance improvements, and security patches, for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. After the initial 12-month period, you may continue using the last available version, but continued updates require a discounted renewal fee (which will be announced before expiration). We reserve the right to discontinue support for very old software versions for security reasons.
AI FunnelBuilder is built on shared cloud infrastructure. To ensure platform stability for all users, we enforce reasonable usage limits. For standard licenses: up to 500 funnel generation requests per month and up to 5GB of stored assets. For Professional or Unlimited licenses: higher thresholds as communicated in the WarriorPlus listing. If you exceed these limits, we may contact you to upgrade your plan or impose additional fees. We do not intentionally throttle regular usage, but abusive or automated bulk generation may be restricted.
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI FUNNELBUILDER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY GENERATED PAGES WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC SALES RESULTS, CONVERSION RATES, OR REVENUE. YOUR USE OF THE TOOL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE TOOL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE TOOL DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AI FunnelBuilder immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any material provision of these Terms, violate WarriorPlus policies, or engage in conduct that poses a security risk to the platform. Upon termination for cause, your license will be revoked, and you must cease using the Tool. No refund will be provided for termination due to violation. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support, but no refunds are issued for voluntary termination after the 7-day refund period. After termination, we may delete your generated funnel data after 30 days, unless a data export is requested before termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI FunnelBuilder, its owners, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Tool in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content infringing any third-party right; (c) your violation of any applicable law or WarriorPlus policy; or (d) any dispute between you and your clients regarding pages generated via the Tool.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (or the jurisdiction where the developer is headquartered – for clarity, Singapore law), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Tool shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs, and the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and class arbitrations or class actions are not permitted. For small claims within the jurisdiction, you may also bring an individual action in small claims court.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (the address associated with your WarriorPlus account) and by posting a visible notice inside the AI FunnelBuilder dashboard. The updated Terms will become effective 14 days after such notice for existing users, or immediately for new users. Your continued use of the Tool after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the Tool and request termination.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI FunnelBuilder regarding the Tool.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
